UFC middleweight contender Sedriques Dumas has been arrested and booked into the Escambia County Jail in Florida. He is facing multiple felony charges, including counts related to robbery and battery.

According to public records, Dumas remains in custody and is being held on a total bond amount of $558,500.

While specific details surrounding the incident leading to his arrest have not been fully disclosed, authorities have listed several charges. The most severe among them is robbery at a residence, categorized as “home invasion without firearm or weapon.” This charge alone carries a bond set at $500,000.

Further felony charges listed against Dumas include battery and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon in Florida.

His arrest record also indicates charges for possession of drug equipment and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription.

Dumas was taken into custody on Wednesday and is still incarcerated at this time.

This is not the first instance of Dumas having legal troubles while under contract with the UFC. He was previously arrested on felony battery charges in February 2024, although those specific charges were later dropped.

Public records show that Dumas has a history of arrests in Escambia County, with records indicating more than a dozen prior instances.

The 29-year-old fighter last competed in May at UFC 314, where he lost via first-round TKO to Michal Oleksiejczuk.
