As anticipated, the first face-to-face meeting between KSI and Dillon Danis ahead of their boxing match was far from calm.
KSI and Danis are set to headline Misfits Boxing 21 on March 29 in Manchester, England. During Tuesday’s press conference to promote the event, their pre-existing verbal sparring continued until KSI dramatically slapped Danis with a pancake.

During the press conference, KSI and Danis agreed to a wager: the knockout winner would claim their opponent’s fight earnings. Other notable moments included Danis claiming he was ignoring KSI to prepare for a rumored MMA fight with Tony Ferguson, KSI comparing his boxing approach to Dmitry Bivol’s, and boasting about punching harder than UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira.
Both fighters are looking to rebound from recent boxing defeats at The Prime Card in October 2023. Danis was disqualified in his fight against Logan Paul, while KSI lost a decision to Tommy Fury.
