The highly anticipated boxing match between former UFC stars Darren Till and Darren Stewart has been rescheduled as the main event for Misfits Boxing 21. The event is set to take place on May 16th in Derby, England.
Originally planned as the co-main event for a Misfits card headlined by KSI versus Dillon Danis, the fight was postponed due to KSI`s illness. While the KSI fight`s future is uncertain, Till and Stewart are confirmed to face off on the new date.
This bout marks Till`s third venture into boxing after his UFC career, where he once contended for the welterweight title. In his previous boxing match, Till secured a sixth-round victory against Anthony Taylor, marking his first professional boxing win.
Stewart, on the other hand, will be making his professional boxing debut. His MMA career spans back to 2014 and includes 14 UFC fights. Stewart`s last MMA fight resulted in a TKO loss to Carlos Pereira at a Cage Warriors event in 2024.
The Till vs. Stewart fight is the main attraction for Misfits Boxing on May 16th, which will also feature other social media personalities and a light heavyweight title fight between Idris Virgo and Ty Mitchell.
The event will be broadcast on DAZN.
