Dan Hooker is recovering from hand surgery and is openly sharing his experience, including some graphic details.
Hooker was scheduled to fight Justin Gaethje at UFC 313, but had to pull out due to a hand injury. He recently announced on Instagram that he underwent surgery to fix the problem.
While fans appreciated the update, those who viewed his Instagram stories were confronted with a very graphic photo of his hand after the surgery.

Hooker has become a significant contender in the UFC lightweight division. He achieved this after securing three consecutive wins: against Claudio Puelles at UFC 281 in November 2022, a decision victory over Jalin Turner at UFC 290 in July 2023, and a Fight of the Night bonus for his split decision win against Mateusz Gamrot at UFC 304 this past July.
